These Terms of Service govern your use of TrackItWeekly, operated by Real Operations, LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility:
Must be 18+ and have authority to bind your business to these Terms.
2. Accounts:
You are responsible for confidentiality of login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Free Trial:
14-day free trial, no credit card required. After trial, must subscribe to continue. We may modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
4. Billing & Subscriptions:
Billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees non-refundable except per Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.
5. Acceptable Use:

6. Intellectual Property:
All content and features owned by Real Operations, LLC. You retain ownership of data you input.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED TOTAL FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
9. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify Real Operations, LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination:
Either party may terminate at any time. Your access ends immediately upon termination.
11. Governing Law:
Laws of the state where Real Operations, LLC is registered.
12. Dispute Resolution:
Binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules. Class action waiver.
13. Changes:
We may update Terms with notice. Continued use = acceptance.
